Retail & Mixed Use

Timing is everything. Nowhere is this truer than in the world of retail and mixed-use development. With more than 125 million square-feet of retail and mixed-use construction under our belt, Hoar brings unsurpassed expertise to this arena. We know our clients are driven to serve their clients, and our project strategies must revolve around the needs of the tenants – while meeting the strict schedules of all involved. These end users ultimately determine success or failure. Satisfying their requirements takes both flexibility and discipline – and an overarching partnering spirit.
